Top 15 Productivity Blogs

I suppose that everything that can save time and make your day more productive as well as more achieved goals will win your first place on your trending list.  
Nowadays time is priceless since we have to manage to do more tasks than our time allows us and face with winning the battle against wasted time. As a result of the lack of time, many people have created productivity blogs; developers have come up with task apps and some still use their old-fashioned way of noting everything in their notebooks.

Therefore we have compiled  a list of 15 productivity blogs, some of them are popular other are not. You might not like all of these, but there are some real gems here – and many of them are not that well known. Yet, we suggest you give them a look, browser their archives and if you like what you see, subscribe, and at end if you don't like them, you can unsubscribe.


·         Lifehacker is a daily weblog on software which recommends you downloads and web sites that will help you with better time-managing.  There are several people submitting articles vs. one blogger, so it is constantly updated with new stories, wisdom advises to get things done perfectly. And, according to many people, their best feature is one about the week's most popular posts.

·         Simple Productivity Blog is all about organizing your house and office. It is filled with various productivity topics such as books that the author read, helpful social media hacks …. The articles are posted per week  i.d. every Monday the topic is productivity, Tuesdays are open loops and so on.


·         Time Management Ninja Well, yeah, the phrase that holds the first place in top 10 nowadays, but there is a reason why it is the leader-phrase. Craig Jarrow believes so, and you can find out more about it on his blog. Great features of his blog are that you can find eBooks on Amazon  Kindle that can help you to defeat your pessimism when you think you can handle the upcoming tasks  and, believe it or not, private coaching sessions that are held by Jarrow!

·         Asian Efficiency is the owner of the best tag line of the bunch, “You are given 24 drops of time every day. This blog offers detailed posts on time management, organizing, optimizing and creating more productivity in your life. And, if you are a user of Mac or an iPad you will have the opportunity to watch and maybe enjoy the training they have on using Omnifocus.

·         MarkO The Buddy is a weblog where you can find articles about the task app MarkO and its new features with which you can get to know better this task app that will save your time. You can also read articles that may guide you how to boost your productivity. The advantage of this blog is that everything is well organized in order to spy the most important starter info you need.

·         Productivity 501 is weblog where you can find articles that are about using technology to streamline businesses. The author of this blog, Mark Shead, also hosts some courses which you can get delivered to your inbox, one of which seems pretty popular – the Habits List Course. The thing I like about his blog, is that not only are his blogs published but also there are some guest articles.

·         Less Doing is a blog which is a mix of podcast and articles that the author has found interesting and helpful. For you ladies, there is a category called marriage of health & wellness to productivity, got interested? If not, you should be, because his motto is, if you take care better of your health and body, the more likely you are to get things done, which actually makes sense!

·         Legal Productivity is blog which probably will not make you curious to find out what sort of productivity articles are hidden there, but I can promise you that will find a vast of variety of posts and articles regarding technology, checklists, creative time-savers, blogging and more. It is targeting people in the legal profession, but many of the tips can apply to any professional, especially other service providers. And with that comes a smart concept – choose a targeted, niche audience and offer solutions that other can use. Sound cool, right?

·         Buffer App Blog is a blog which focuses on productivity tips that are social-media friendly, but also useful for life in general. They do also promotion of the Buffer App on the blog, which is expected, since Buffer App is actually a service for scheduling social media.

·         The Productivity Pro might be found with a tradition look with a lot of focus on promoting things like books, online apps etc. The author, Laura Stack is known for helping you save time and get better results.

The author Leo Babauta, a decluttering evangelist, practices what he preaches.  With his blog you will find out that multitasking is not the way forward and according to his articles we need to know our own values to be successful and that focus is crucial and motivation fundamental to individual success.

·         Pick the Brain - Over 200 bloggers from around the world contribute self improvement content with a focus on personal productivity, motivation and self education.
